Coldspring chamber to participate in April 2 Trash Bash in county

COLDSPRING -- The Coldspring/ San Jacinto County Chamber of Commerce is taking part in the “Trash Bash” sponsored by the Polk County Chamber of Commerce on April 2. The chamber has adopted the area at the end of FM 1514 on Lake Livingston as their cleanup target. Any volunteers that want to participate, just show up on April 2 at 10 a.m. in workclothes. The Coldspring/ San Jacinto County Chamber of Commerce also encourages any property owners associations and individuals to organize cleanup efforts in their communities . There will be dumpsters provided by ProStar Waste in several places to collect trash from the cleanup. Contact Paul Shelton at 713-471-3460 if you have any questions. |
