Three local men accused of raping 14-year-old girl
COLDSPRING – According to witnesses, at least three men sexually assaulted a 14-yearold girl here, said San Jacinto County Sheriff’s Detective Wick. Deputies said the 14- year-old girl and a 17-yearold girl were hanging out in October and logged onto a site called MeetMe, a social networking website, where they were setting up meeting locations with men in the Coldspring area. Deputies said the girls went to a location, met a man and then went to another location for sex. The 14-year-old girl met three men on separate occasions, deputies said. Arrest warrants were issued for Damion Harrison, 18, of Coldspring, who was charged with sexual assault of a child, a second degree felony. A second warrant is still open for Anthony Burton, 27, of Coldspring, for sexual assault of a child and a third male suspect has not been identified at this time, according to Wick. The 17-year-old girl, Summer Adams, has also been arrested and charged with failure to report a felony, a Class A misdemeanor. Deputies said they learned about the incidents after the girl made an outcry at school. Anyone with information regarding this case or the location of Anthony Burton, is asked to contact Detective Wick at 936-653-4367 or Crime Stoppers at 936-653- 8477.
