Grand jury indicts 41

COLDSPRING – The San Jacinto County Grand Jury indicted 41 during sessions held in November and December.
Those indicted during the grand jury session in November, 2007 are Joel William Johnson for theft of copper wire and for burglary of a habitation; Jerry Ray McMahon for burglary of a habitation; Glen Carroll Wilder for theft; Sammie Lee Walker Jr., for possession of controlled substance; Douglas Lyn Milford for terrorist threat; Joan James Gray on two counts for possession of controlled substance with intent to deliver; Thomas Stuart Barclay for theft; Arnold Truman Wilson Jr. for aggravated sexual assault of a child; Eric Franks for sexual assault; Magnus James Brock for aggravated sexual assault of a child; Joseph Sandefer for burglary of a habitation; Nicole Roper for burglary of a habitation; Tiffany Yvonne Conley for hindering apprehension or prosecution; Candiss Marie Wood for hindering apprehension or prosecution; William David Choate Jr. for hindering apprehension or prosecution; David Hernandez-Fuentes for driving while intoxicated with child passenger; Sandra Kay Poe for driving while intoxicated with child passenger and for child endangerment; Hector Rangel Gonzalez for criminally negligent homicide; Robert Matthew Martin for child endangerment and for driving while intoxicated with child passenger; Jeremy Cole Jordan for possession of controlled substance.
Those indicted during December 2007 include William David Choate for burglary of a building; Roy Chester Jackson for driving while intoxicated third or more; Martin Lavelle for theft; Cody Fletcher Holliday for burglary of habitation; Gerald Lyn Miller for driving while intoxicated third; Gregorio Marquez Trinidad for driving while intoxicated third with open container; Daniel Ray Whitten for burglary of a building; Michelle Irene McDaniel for burglary of a habitation; Megan Winfrey Hammond for capital murder; Richard Lynn Winfrey Jr. for capital murder; Jay Travis Wilhite for possession of a controlled substance; Monika Shamayne Semien on two indictments for possession of controlled substance with intent to deliver; Michael Eugene Wilson for driving while intoxicated third or more; and Terry Allen Kinsey on two indictments for theft.
