Funeral services for Geraldean Emanis, 90, of Shepherd, Texas were held Saturday, October 26, 2024, at 10 a.m. at the Cochran Funeral Home Chapel in Livingston, Texas with Bro. Phil Corbit and Bro. Charlie Barton officiating. Interment followed at Union Springs Cemetery in Corrigan, Texas. Visitation was held the day of service, from 9-10 a.m., at the funeral home.
Geraldean was born May 20, 1934, in Houston, Texas and passed away October 22, 2024 in Shepherd, Texas. She was preceded in death by her husband, Vernon Emanis; parents, Marion and Gertrude (Atkinson) Price; sister, Leitha Cain; brothers, Raymond Price, Douglas Price and Maurice Price.
She is survived by her son, James Emanis and wife Cathy of Shepherd, Texas; grandchildren Jamie Pixley and Amanda Pixley; and great grandchildren, Kristlyn Pixley, Autumn Emanis, Jacob Emanis and Joseph Emanis; as well as numerous other relatives and friends.
Pallbearers: John Cain, Ralph Cain, Jim Whelan and James Emanis.
