The Polk County Chamber of Commerce is preparing 225 goodie bags for new teachers in Polk County for the 2026-2027 school year. All items must be delivered to the chamber office at 1001 US 59 Loop North in Livingston by July 6.
Big or small, every donation makes a big impact, so all businesses or individuals who are members of the chamber are encouraged to submit goodies to fill the bags. Items being collected include pens, pencils, highlighters, notebooks, sticky notes, folders, hand sanitizer, tissues, disinfecting wipes, gift cards, coupons, snacks, water bottles, mugs, tumblers and other things to show teacher appreciation.
