An investigation by the Texas Department of Public Safety is underway into a one-vehicle fatality crash that occurred March 17 on FM 356 north of Onalaska.
Michael Beasley, 42 of Livingston, was pronounced deceased at the scene by Precinct 4 Justice of the Peace Jamie Richardson.
The preliminary crash investigation indicates that at approximately 1:20 a.m., a 2012 Harley Davidson FLT was traveling south. It is reported that for an unknown reason the driver of the Harley failed to drive in a single lane, crossed into the oncoming lane, entered the barrow ditch, and struck a culvert.
