Do you know a young professional leader making an impact on East Texas? Then you need to nominate them for Polk County Publishing Company’s 40 under 40 Professional Leadership Awards.
Polk County Publishing Company is recognizing the top 40 individuals younger than 40 who demonstrate leadership, professional excellence and a commitment to the East Texas community.
There are various categories, including business development and sales; civil/public service; construction, manufacturing and industry; education; entrepreneurial; finance; fitness, healthcare and wellness; legal and criminal justice; real estate; and tourism and community commerce.
Nominations may be submitted through the “contests” tab at easttexasnews.com. In order for a nominee to be accepted, you must submit a high-quality photo along with as much information about their professional accomplishments as possible. The more descriptive, the more likely the nominee will be accepted.
The nomination period concludes Jan. 31 and the voting period is from Feb. 1 through March 1.
The top four winners in each category will be invited to a Spring 2025 mixer for recognition, networking and celebration. Winners will be announced online at www.easttexasnews.com, as well as in print.
