In honor and celebration of Veterans Day, a federal holiday which is always observed on Nov. 11, the Polk County Enterprise is compiling and producing a special section that will be included in the Nov. 9 issue.
The purpose of this special section is to honor and celebrate everyone who has served in the U.S. Armed Forces, both living and deceased, and we want your help in bringing it to fruition. We are seeking your stories and pictures. Did you serve? What about a spouse, sibling, parent, grandparent or friend? This is an opportunity to share your story or your loved ones’ story.
Submit your stories and pictures to us at editor@polkenterprise.com. If you are only submitting a picture, please include the name, rank, branch of service and years served.
