Polk County Recycling & Beautification (PCRB) will celebrate four years of serving the community with free recycling services during its Fall Fundraiser slated for 12:30-4 p.m. Oct. 26 at the Polk County Commerce Center.
Entertainment will be provided by Electric Violinist Brenda Rengel who will play crowd favorites from the 1960s through the present. Hearty charcuterie boards donated by HEB and small bites prepared by Katie’s Cafe & Bakery will be served at reserved table seats. Drinks available will be beer, wine, hard seltzer and sparkling/bottled water. Only those 21 and over may have alcohol and IDs will be required.
Every paid entry includes one door prize entry and three drink tickets. Individual tickets are available for $20 in advance or $25 at the door and include drinks and concert admission but no food. Kids 12 and under may get in for $10 although this does not include drink tickets or door prize entries.
Tables with food included are available for up to four guests for $250 and include charcuterie boards donated by HEB and small bites prepared by Katie’s Cafe & Bakery. Larger tables that accommodate up to eight guests are available for $500 and include double the servings for a full table experience.
In addition to the entertainment and food, there will be a raffle, silent auction, recycled glass jewelry and PCRB T-shirts, bake sale goodies, a recycled art display and family-friendly games and crafts.
Tickets are transferable but nonrefundable. Tables are reserved but individual tickets are open seating.
Sponsorships are available and are welcome. Premier sponsorships are available for $1,000 and include an eight-seat reserved table, large logo on event signage, featured listing in printed program, logo and shoutout on social media and verbal recognition during the event. Community sponsorships are available for under $1,000 and include name listed in printed program and recognized on social media.
Additionally, in-kind donations of auction items or door prizes will receive name in printed program, name displayed with donated item and recognition during drawings or auction.

PCRB is a 501(c)3 nonprofit (EIN 83-2248673). This purpose of this event is to bring awareness, as well as to raise critical funds to keep the community recycling center open and thriving.
The Polk County Recycling Center is located at 10311 S.H. 146 (at FM 2665) in Livingston. It is open Tuesdays from 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and Saturdays from 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m.
