Tiffany Cotlege, public engagement coordinator for the Texas Railroad Commission, spoke to the Livingston Lions Club on Wednesday. Cotlege said the commission, Texas’ oldest regulatory agency, is recognized around the world as a leader in energy regulation and has four regulatory divisions – oil and gas, critical infrastructure, overnight and safety and surface mining and reclamation.
