Finances in fine shape
Coldspring-Oakhurst CISD has earned a score of 98 and a Superior Achievement rating through the Financial Integrity Rating System of Texas for the 2025-2026 school year.
FIRST, which is administered by the TEA, evaluates how well school districts manage their financial resources and helps ensure taxpayer dollars are handled responsibly.

Earning a 98 and Superior Achievement designation reflects the dedication of the administration, Business Office, Board of Trustees, and staff to being responsible stewards of the resources entrusted to COCISD by the community.
