The Texas Democratic Executive Committee approved the following 13 ballot propositions. This is an opinion poll of Democratic voters and not a policy referendum. Voters are not voting to make a law but merely saying yes, they agree, or no, they do not agree, with the statement.

Below are the propositions and how they fared with voters:
