COLDSPRING — A cool fall breeze and a brief weather front rolled through San Jacinto County on Tuesday evening, but not even that could dampen the excitement at Coldspring High School’s 5th Annual Trunk or Treat.
Families, students, and local businesses filled the parking lots long before the 6 p.m. start time, by 5:30, every space was buzzing with costumed kids and decorated car trunks ready for a night of Halloween fun.
From ghosts and goblins to superheroes and skeletons, everyone joined in the festive spirit. The event featured plenty of Trunk-or-Treating, face painting, hayrides, games, and free food for all who attended. Laughter and music filled the air as parents and kids alike made their way from trunk to trunk, collecting candy and sharing smiles.
The event once again proved to be a huge success, bringing together the Coldspring community for an evening of safe, family-friendly fun. Local businesses and school organizations showed strong support for Trojan Nation, helping make this year’s event one of the best yet.
