POINT BLANK — A culvert replacement project on U.S. 190 between Point Blank and Oakhurst will affect traffic began Monday.
This work will require day and night closures of the eastbound lanes of US 190 for one mile east and west of Pinecrest Drive. Traffic control will be present beginning Sunday, April 12.
Eastbound traffic will be shifted into the westbound lane, and westbound traffic will be reduced to one lane.
This work should be completed by Wednesday, April 29, weather permitting.
Drivers should slow down when approaching the work zone. Watch closely for workers and equipment moving in the area.
