Join the Livingston ISD substitute team. LISD substitute teachers require a two-part hiring process. Part one requires an online application through the Livingston ISD website. Go to www.livingstonisd.com/apply and complete the application.
Part two of the hiring process is attendance in the mandatory substitute training class. This class consists of a 2 to 3 hour training that will satisfy the requirements for the 2024-2025 school year.
When attending the training session, you will need to bring a photo ID, social security number, high school diploma or official transcripts.
Substitute teacher trainings are held in the Florence Crosby Auditorium on the Creekside Elementary campus at #1 Lions Avenue.
The trainings will be held on the following dates.
September 24, 2024 - 9:00 a.m.
November 12, 2024 - 9:00 a.m.
February 25, 2025 - 9:00 a.m.
April 15, 2025 - 9:00 a.m.
