Shake, Rattle & Roll presented by Livingston Community Concert Association is slated for 7:30 p.m. Feb. 27 at the Polk County Commerce Center.
Step back in time and immerse yourself in the electrifying energy of the 1950s with Shake, Rattle & Roll, the ultimate rock n’ roll show. Join The Sweethearts and their rockin’ male vocalist as they transport you to the era when Elvis Presley, Connie Francis and Chuck Berry ruled the airwaves.
With authentic costumes, vibrant choreography, and non-stop hits like Johnny B. Goode and Great Balls of Fire, these incredible singers will have you tapping your feet and shaking your hips as they celebrate the golden age of rock n’ roll. Shake, Rattle & Roll is traditionally performed with a five-piece band, which includes keys, guitar, bass, drums and saxophone.
This will be a great evening of the best of the 1950s rock songs such as “Can’t Help Falling in Love,” “Splish Splash,” “Why do Fools Fall in Love,” and “In the Still of the Night.”
The Polk County Commerce Center is located at 1017 Hwy. 59 Loop North in Livingston. The doors open at 7 p.m.
