A chili cookoff to raise funds for the Cole Overstreet Memorial Scholarship Fund, a 501(c)3 nonprofit, is slated for Jan. 25 at Pedigo Park.
There will be three categories – adult, wild game and youth 16 and under. There is a $50 registration fee for the adult and wild game categories and a $20 registration fee for the youth 16 and under category. Anyone planning to enter both the adult and wild game category may register for $75.
There will also be a cornhole tournament and there is a $20 registration fee to enter that competition.
Registration and setup will begin at 7 a.m., with cooking beginning at 9 a.m. The first 30 people to register will receive an official Cole Overstreet memorial apron.
There will also be a silent auction, vendors and more.
