TRINITY — For 76 years, the Trinity Community Fair has been more than just an annual event — it's a celebration of community values and bonds that make Trinity special.
From midway fun to accomplishments by the youth, organizers say this year’s fair was proud to reflect on another outstanding year, exemplifying the theme of "Deep Roots and Country Boots — 76 Years of Traditions."
Saturday night's Premium Auction was truly spectacular, raising just shy of $200,000 thanks to amazing buyers who continue to show incredible generosity in supporting our community's youth, including a $16,000 bid for the grand champion steer, according to board members.
The board extends heartfelt gratitude to the many individuals and organizations who made this year's fair a tremendous success, including our dedicated sponsors, local vendors and exhibitors, the City of Trinity, local law enforcement, and the tireless volunteers of the Trinity Community Fair Board.
“From our deep roots in tradition to the country boots that walk our fairgrounds, this event represents the enduring spirit of rural America and the importance of coming together as neighbors,” they said. “As we wrap up another successful year, we're already looking forward to continuing these cherished traditions and creating new memories for generations to come.”
