On April 7, Trinity lost the first of two games against Coldspring 20-2.
Valerie Cleveland shared the mound with Morgan Chapman. The two gave up eight hits and 12 walks.
In Friday’s 15-4 loss, Trinity started a little stronger, scoring two runs in the top of the first, but Coldspring answered with four in the first and then kept up the pressure.

The Lady Indians won two on the diamond last week, downing Hemphill 14-4 on April 7 and crushing Colmesneil 19-2 on Friday.

At the plate, Lauren Moore led the team with three hits while Kambrie Crawford posted a homer. Madisen Howard added two hits in the effort. Roberts and Crawford each had four RBIs.
Against Colmesneil, Thornton got the win on the mound, allowing only four hits while throwing four strikeouts.
Kambrie Crawford and Reaghan Benton each notched a pair of hits.
The Lady Eagles downed Neches 12-2 on April 7.
Faith Smith got the win in the circle, throwing six strikeouts but giving up six hits.
Brilynn Hicks led the offense with three hits, while Smith and Abrie McWhorter each picked up two hits.
