The Apple Springs golf teams are headed to regional competition after becoming district champs at the Wednesday tournament in Nacogdoches. As well as the dual championships, Katie Davis was first individually, while Abrie McWhorter claimed second.
•The Trinity Tiger Boys competed at the District Tournament at Panorama Village on March 31, with Cason Beasley advancing to regionals in Brenham April 16-17 by shooting an 84.
