SAN ANTONIO — The Trinity High School's Tigerettes experienced significant growth at the MA Dance Camp in San Antonio, earning an invitation to represent their school in the Annual Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade.
The group worked on refining their Jazz, Hip Hop, Kick, and Pom skills through 14 rigorous sessions and achieving notable recognitions.
Kayna Bostic, Shelby Collins, and Savannah Breaux's earned Honor Roll medals as they were acknowledged in more than one class as an All-Star Performer. This honor is only given to the top 5 percent of all dancers at camp. They were truly competitive in this camp with over 250 dancers in attendance.
Morgan Catrone and Valerie Cleveland's were named All-Star Performers as well.
Kadie Yeager, Karrisa Musachia, De'jah Harbin, Aubrey Gates, and Madylin Johnson achieved Rising Star Performer accolades as they showcased their progress and potential for continued success.
Another achievement came at the end of camp performance of a Hip Hop Dance, when the team achieved a Superior Rating, distinguished by exceptional skill and dynamics. The team demonstrated remarkable audience appeal and participation, reflecting their growth throughout the camp.
Additionally, they were honored with the Wonderful Work Ethic Award for diligence and success-oriented attitudes, the Awesome Attitude Award for embracing challenges, and the Serious Spirit Award for cultivating motivation and a sunny outlook. The Tigerettes connected with over 50 girls, spreading Tiger pride and showcasing their dance spirit.
This marks the 25th year of the Trinity High School Tigerettes.
