GROVETON — The Tri-Cities 14-U All-Stars won the Division 2 DBB State Championship in a nail-biting tournament recently.
Facing off against the Jefferson Bulldogs, the team proved that Groveton Indians never back down —battling until the very last pitch. With time expired in Game 2, they rallied at the plate to clinch a comeback victory, setting the stage for a dominant 12-5 win in Game 3 to earn the championship title.
This unforgettable season also saw the team defend their title at the State Ranger Tournament, winning it for the second consecutive year.
This season was more than just wins—it was a meaningful chapter in the lives of these athletes and their families. As they wrap up their Little League years, they leave behind a legacy of determination, teamwork, and lasting memories.
Congratulations to the entire Tri-Cities 14U All-Stars team on an extraordinary season, and the coaches, who together led with a commitment to hard work, discipline, and integrity.
