Update on the manhunt in the Chester area:
The third suspect has been apprehended by deputies with the along U.S. 287 at FM 1745 and is being transported to the Polk County Jail.

CHESTER – This morning, multiple agencies pursued a stolen truck, and one suspect is still at large.
According to Tyler County Sheriff Bryan Weatherford, he, along with his chief deputy and several other deputies with the Tyler County Sheriff's Office, assisted the Polk County Sheriff's Office with a pursuit of a stolen vehicle, which began on US Highway 59, south of Livingston, and ended one mile from the Tyler County line, near Chester.
Weatherford said the pursuit went through Corrigan, onto US 287 before the crash near Chester, and upon the crash, three Hispanic male subjects fled from the vehicle into the woods.
"I can report that at this time two Hispanic males were taken into custody. Numerous Department of Public Safety Troopers from Tyler and Polk counties were on scene as well," Weatherford said.
"The Polk County Sheriff's Office is the lead agency remaining on scene at the current time. One Hispanic male remains at large with a heavy law enforcement presence and a strong perimeter set up," he added.
Weatherford said that TCSO deputies are now working regular patrol of the Chester area.
