Foster Albert Wetzel III, known best as “Bubba,” was born February 2, 1984 and died Saturday, July 25, 2026 due to complications from battling colon cancer.
His parents, Albert and Cheryl Wetzel, grandparents, J.D. and Florence Peden, and great aunt Barbara Buchanan proceeded him in death.
He is survived by his sister and brother-in-law, Anna and Robert Nichols, and their children, Velvet, Alicia, and Ryan; brother of the heart, Robert Lockhart; sister of the heart, Suzanne McGinnis; God child, Katherine Burton; nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins.
The family will hold a small memorial at 2 p.m. on Saturday, September 27, 2026 at Matthews Street Park in Livingston. His ashes will be buried at a later date. For more information call Robert at 409-377-5661.
