The Livingston Municipal Library will host a jigsaw puzzle swap from 10:30 a.m. to noon on Feb. 13 at its location at 707 N. Tyler in Livingston.
This free event encourages community members to bring their gently used jigsaw puzzles and trade them for “new-to-you” puzzles. Whether you are looking for a fresh challenge, or need to declutter your closet, or to save money, this is the perfect opportunity to refresh your collection.
Participants may drop off puzzles at the library from Jan. 26 through Feb. 6 and they will receive a voucher for each puzzle donated (up to 10 puzzles). Puzzles must be in good condition and be 300 pieces or more, in the original box or box with image inside, missing no more than three pieces (and should be noted on box). Pieces should be enclosed in resealable storage bags.
On the day of the puzzle swap, participants will present their vouchers at the door and can “shop” for as many puzzles as their vouchers allow. This is a great, cost-effective way to discover new puzzle brands, images and difficulty levels.
