Dora Lee Whitmire, 71, of Livingston, Texas, was born July 12, 1954, in Houston, Texas and passed away on November 18, 2025 in Livingston, Texas. She is preceded in death by her parents, Leo Webber and Margaret (Rush) Webber.
Dora Lee is survived by her spouse, James Sandlin of Livingston, Texas; brother, Gerald Webber and Belinda of Conroe, Texas; brother, Leo Webber and Claire of Los Alamos, New Mexico; brother, Donald Webber; and sister, Suzie Dickey and Larry of Locust Grove, Virginia; along with numerous other relatives and friends.
