Foster Bullock, Jr. “Kiddo” passed away on March 18, 2025 at the age of 76.  He was born on June 20, 1948 to Foster Bullock, Sr. and Kathleen Bullock. 

Foster started his career with the Texas Forest Service then later going to the U.S. Forest Service, where he retired after over 20 years of service. He was a wildland firefighter for the U.S. Forest Service and the Alabama-Coushatta Tribe. He later to the Alabama-Coushatta Recreation and then started his own lawn care business.  He attended school at Riverside Indian School in Anadarko, OK. Foster played men’s fast pitch softball for the 49ers, Bucks, then later the WARR-BUCKS, along with numerous other teams. Traveling all over the United States playing in various softball tournaments. He was a huge sports fan, especially a die-hard Houston Texans, Houston Cougars, Houston Astros, and Texas A&M fan, but he truly enjoyed watching his grandkids play.  Known for his menudo and brisket, he was a true chef in that he wouldn’t tell anyone his secret ingredients. Avid photographer, he was always on the lookout for the perfect picture. He was a loving and devoted husband, father, grandfather, brother, uncle, and friend to all who knew and loved him.

Foster was preceded in death by his parents, Foster Bullock, Sr. and Kathleen Poncho Bullock; sister, Loretta Williams; brothers, Brady Bullock, Glendon Wayne Bullock, Morris Bullock and William Newton Bullock; nephews, Randall Celestine, Carlos Bullock, and Jonathan Williams; and a niece, Delina Kay Williams; brother-in-laws, Leon Celestine, Danny Bear Williams, and Jack Battise Sr.

He is survived by his loving wife, Winifred Bullock “Tinki”; children, Fawn Bullock, Sky Bullock and Holly Bullock; brothers, Gary Bullock and wife, Anita, Burton Timothy Bullock and Roby Williams; sisters, Lawrine Battise, Mavis Marroquin and husband, Joe, Othelda Jean Williams, Margaret Celestine, Maxine Silva, Melinda Sylestine and Jennifer Poncho; sister-in-laws, Genny Bullock, Carlene Sue Bullock, Ramona Perea and Dorcus Pino; grandchildren, Skyla Bullock, Buck Bullock, Timber Bullock-Battise, Colt Bullock, Wayne Bullock, Iglesias Whiteman, Sandra Bohay, Lena Bohay, Miracle Tahchawwickah, and Ginger Tahchawwickah; three great-grandchildren; special friends, Joe Thomas, Sr., Staci Sylestine, Roger Rhodes, Teresa Hoffman-Terry, Trisha Thompson and numerous cousins, other relatives and friends.

Foster loved making cherishable memories from hanging out, watching sports games or cookouts with nieces, Jewelene “Girl” Williams, Robin Williams, Wynomie “BeBe” Clark; nephews,

Forrest Neal Bullock, Delyn Bullock, Kerwin “Koe” Williams, Russell Celestine, Gary Bullock Jr., Grant Bullock, and Xander Williams; Friends, Steve Flores, Joe John, Delbert “Buckwheat” Johnson.

The funeral service was held Friday, March 21, 2025, at 12 p.m. at the Alabama-Coushatta Multi-Purpose Center with Second Chief Herbert Johnson Jr. officiating. Burial was held at the Reservation Cemetery.  Visitation will be held Friday from 10 am until the time of the service.

Serving as pallbearers were Delyn Bullock, Forrest Neal Bullock, Baxter Polite, Richard Thompson, Daniel Williams, Jasper Williams, Gesse Bullock, Grant Bullock and Dylan Walker.

Serving as honorary pallbearers will be Teresa Hoffman-Terry (Harold Hoffman), Charle Taylor (Arnold Taylor), Lulu and Thomas Smithson, Noah Wilkerson  (Elaine Wilkerson), Norman Williams, Cussie-Ray Williams, Alabama-Coushatta Wildland Fire Fighters, and the WARR-BUCKS Softball Team.

Services are held under the direction of Riley Funeral Home, Woodville. 526
