Numerous local artists displayed their work and creations at a number of downtown businesses Saturday as part of Livingston Main Street’s White Linen Sip & Shop & Artwalk. It was an opportunity to stroll downtown and support local businesses while also celebrating local artists and the vast amount of talent in the area. Jim Newsome is shown answering questions about his artwork which runs the gamut from famous musicians to super heroes. Jan White’s work includes acrylics, oils and watercolors. A photography collection called “Explore the Wonder” caught this visitor’s eye. The photographer, Heather, referred to the collection as “a love letter to the moments that stopped me in my tracks, calling me … us, to breath deeper, dream bigger, and step into the sacred beauty of the world around us.”PHOTO BY EMILY BANKS WOOTEN
