Rotarians hear about nationwide drone company

“Where storytelling meets the sky,” was the theme of the program presented by Brett Foisie, co-founder of Drone Bros, for the Rotary Club of Livingston Thursday.

Drone Bros started in 2023 with drone work that primarily catered to the oil and gas industry and has evolved into a nationwide full service photography and videography media company specializing in real estate photography, construction videography and storm-chasing footage and documentation.

Foisie and his wife, a second grade teacher at Timber Creek Elementary School, are the parents of three daughters. He originally worked in the oil and gas industry before retiring from that field and entering the field of digital marketing.

Built from scratch, Drone Bros is family-run and community-focused, Foisie said, adding that its mission is to capture meaningful moments and serve clients with excellence.

Some of what they do includes both aerial and ground photography and videography, real estate media packages, construction progress documentation, social media content creation, emergency response and storm-chasing and creating promotional videos for local businesses.

“Storm-chasing blew us up last year with the flooding. I think we heard from every single media outlet out there,” Foisie said. “We had news outlets calling us within five minutes of posting photos online.”

Supporting the community is also important to Drone Bros, Foisie said. For example, it is one of the sponsors of a Color Run on May 17 at Magnolia Creek Ranch that will feature both a 5K and a one-mile fun run.

Drone Bros presently has an inventory of about 12 different drones, he said, adding that the smaller ones have a range of about three miles and the bigger ones have a range of about 10-12 miles.

The company is now nationwide with representatives in Montana, Arkansas and Tennessee among other places.
