On Sunday, Trinity County Sheriff’s Office, Trinity County Crime Stoppers Inc. and SPCA of Polk County came together at Trinity Tractor Supply and found loving homes for 17 of the 22 animals that had been picked up in the county. Visitors that couldn’t adopt gave donations of dog food, cash and time, and Tractor Supply offered vouchers for 20 percent discount on dog food, free baths and a treat bag. Crime Stoppers also offered a voucher for $50 when the dogs were spayed or neutered. Future adoption dates will be held April 5 and 26 and June 1 at Tractor Supply and May 10 at Trinity Community Center.
