TRINITY — The Trinity Lions Club will host its 2025 Classic Car Show from 10 a.m.-3 p.m. Saturday at 103 Stadium Road in Trinity.
The event is open to everyone, and besides cars, there will be snow cones, a bouncy house and Hot Wheel races for children.
There are separate car and truck decade divisions and Best in Show will be judged by the exhibitors themselves. Best Engine, Best Interior, Best Paint, Best Patina, Best Rat Rod and Best Motorcycle will be chosen by a panel of expert judges.
Events to be judged by visitors include People's Choice, Kids’ Choice, First Responders’ Choice, Entry I Would Most Like to Drive and the "open" class (any motorized transportation vehicle with wheels). The Club that is best represented will have its name added to the coveted Rusty Wrench Award. Unique and beautiful trophies will be awarded.
Free T-shirts, welcome packets, water, raffle tickets, ballots, event brochures, and entry card numbers will be supplied at registration. The cost of registration will be $20 per entry. Organizers also will collect an optional donation of one can of food per person that will help stock food pantries in the Trinity area.
Proceeds from this event will be used to purchase eyeglasses for local schoolchildren.
