Rickie Ray Davis, 72, of Woodville, passed away peacefully on May 31, 2025.
Born in Manila, Arkansas, to Earl and Desi Pearson, she lived in Woodville for many years. She retired from United Airlines as a flight attendant. A country girl through and through, she was a true animal lover, having numerous dogs, cats, and horses. She enjoyed taking care of them and seeing that each was loved.

She and David were married for thirteen years and had blended their families, but the word “step” was never in her vocabulary. She loved all her children and grandchildren equally, and each one knew just how much they were loved.
Rickie was preceded in death by her father, Earl Pearson, and her mother, Desi Sipes Pearson.
She is survived by her loving husband of thirteen years, David C. Davis; Daughters, Sherrie Wright and husband, John, Celeste Evans and husband, Rodney, Krystal Tolar and husband, Billy and Kourtney Adams and husband, Chess; grandchildren, Lindsey Gray and husband, Josh, Rodney Alan Evans, Jr., Hunter Beltz, Sophia Evans, Billy “Trey” Tolar, III, Kaylee Tolar, Chesney Adams and Addison Adams; great grandchildren, Jayce and Ella Gray; sister, Carlene Grady and husband, Harold; dear friend and sister-in-law, Paulene Greer and a host of other family members and friends.
