A report on the City of Livingston’s Main Street Program will be presented by Main Street Manager Lynn Riley during the regular meeting of the Livingston City Council at 5 p.m. Tuesday.
Council will consider possible action on a proposed resolution adopting the 2024 Polk County Multi-Jurisdictional Hazard Mitigation Plan Update.
An amendment to the city’s investment policy will be reviewed and considered for action.
Council will also consider approval of the city’s pro-rata share of the 2024 dues for Brazos Transit.
City Manager Bill S. Wiggins will present his monthly report, updating Council on various projects and events.
An executive session is on the agenda for Council to consult with the city attorney. Any action, however, will be taken upon return to open session.
Other items on the agenda include approval of the minutes of the Dec. 10 meeting and accounts over $500.
