A good friend suggested that if a battery isn’t fully charged it will not last long and it will run down.
Could we do that spiritually?
How do we charge it back up?
First, I should go to God’s Word. In it are the answers to getting recharged, spiritually that is.
Your word is a lamp to my feet and a light to my path. Psalm 119:105
Many years ago, I needed my spiritual life to be recharged. So, I started reading my Bible from Genesis to Revelation. I would do this at night. I learned what is true. God’s Word is true.
I’ve read many books. In two years, I read twenty-six history books. But those books did not carry the weight my Bible did.
