A deputy with the Polk County Sheriff’s Office received information on May 8 regarding an individual with seven outstanding warrants through the agency who was possibly traveling through Polk County in possession of a large quantity of illegal narcotics.

The deputy canvassed the area and located the suspect’s vehicle traveling near the area of Highway 190 West in Livingston. A warrants check through dispatch confirmed Fox had seven active warrants and he was taken into custody without incident. Deputies then requested a wrecker to impound the vehicle.
