On the morning of Friday, Jan. 3, multiple fire departments responded to a fire at a building located at 211 S. Magnolia. The building, which houses the offices of TMT Mineral Trust as well as the former Magnolia Bar and Grill, was damaged. Reportedly a fire began in the end of the building where the TMT offices are located. The restaurant area was slated to reopen under another name soon. The investigation into the fire is ongoing.
