I am formally announcing my intention for reelection to the City Council Place #4. I strongly believe that if you are representing the community, you should be involved in event, programs, or organizations that will help shape our city’s future. I have made many great relationships through my active involvement in all the local organizations listed below. I am fully committed to the city of Woodville, and its residents, which my wife and I call home, and thankful for the support from many of our local constituents.
I am presently serving as:
•Alderman for Place #4 on the Woodville City Council
•City of Woodville representative on the Tyler County Appraisal Board
•Core member for Sleep in Heavenly Peace, a non-profit dedicated to proving beds to children in need
•Founder/member of Woodville Hill Runners, a group that helps and motivates runners/walkers reach fitness goals they set
There have been many changes throughout the city in my last four years on council that I have been involved in. I make myself available, and go to the jobsites where the city has dealt with infrastructure issues. Being on site gives me a total understanding of the scope, and cost the city/taxpayers have to incur. As more updating of our infrastructure is forthcoming, I hope to continue to be part of the team that maintains the checks and balances that every taxpayer deserves. As election time is near, I ask for your continued support.
