The Woodville Eagles have made history, as they head into the Regional Semifinal round this Friday, to play the De Kalb Bears. It is the school’s first Regionals appearance in 88 years, since the 1936 season. The Eagles sent the Grand Saline Indians home, and ruined the Indians’ undefeated season in round two of the playoffs, last Friday night, 48-21. The high-flying Eagles will play the De Kalb Bears this Friday, Nov. 29, at Lions Stadium in Henderson. Tickets are $7 for adults, $5 for students. PHOTO COURTESY OF WOODVILLE ATHLETICS
